When tyres fail to seal properly against the rim, it becomes difficult to build the air pressure needed for bead seating. This pump ring acts as a temporary sealing aid, allowing technicians to inflate tyres quickly and efficiently.
Compatible with 22.5″ to 24.5″ truck rims, the ring is positioned over the rim using mounting paste or bead sealant to ensure proper placement. It enhances contact between the tyre and rim, making it especially useful for stiff tyres, bent rims, or difficult bead conditions.
As inflation begins, the sealed interface helps build pressure, pushing the tyre bead into the rim flange. Once the tyre is fully seated, the flexible ring can be easily removed by sliding it off the rim. Built from high-quality silicon rubber, it is durable, flexible, and suitable for repeated use in demanding workshop environments.
