Designed specifically for 22.5-inch truck rims, the rigid pump ring is positioned over the rim to create a strong, stable perimeter wall. This structure helps contain air within the tyre during inflation, allowing pressure to build effectively and push the bead into the rim flange.
It is particularly useful for servicing tyres on deformed rims or those with tough bead seating conditions, including both radial and bias-belted tyres. Once the tyre is fully seated and inflated, the ring can be removed by sliding it off the rim.
The tool features a durable metal body for long-term use in demanding workshop environments. It also includes an internal rubber ring that provides friction for smoother removal and protects the rim from direct metal contact.
