SARV Aluminium Wheel Alignment Turn Plate is engineered to deliver high-precision alignment performance while improving workshop efficiency. It allows smooth wheel rotation during alignment procedures, ensuring accurate measurement of caster, camber, and steering geometry.
This model features a 360° free-floating movement system, supported by 88 Delrin balls (10 mm diameter) housed in a low-friction plastic cage. This design ensures effortless rotation and stable positioning during alignment operations.
Constructed from special-grade aluminium, the turn plate is lightweight yet durable, making it easy to carry, position, and handle in busy workshop environments.
The dual pin locking system keeps the plate securely zeroed during vehicle drive-on and when not in use. Additionally, rubber stoppers (Sarv Part No. 1101317RS) are included to help centre the turn plate, ensuring safe and accurate positioning.
With a load capacity of 1500 kg per plate, it is suitable for passenger cars, LCVs, and most 4-wheeler applications.
